### Return Window

- **30 days** from delivery date for returns
- Items must be unused, in original condition
- Original packaging required

### Eligible Returns

✅ **We accept returns for:**
- Defective or damaged products
- Incorrect items shipped
- Products not as described
- Change of mind (within 30 days)

❌ **We cannot accept returns for:**
- Used or worn items
- Items without original packaging
- Products marked "Final Sale"
- Custom or personalized items

### Return Process

1. **Contact us** at mindthegapfreq@gmail.com within 30 days
2. **Provide** your order number and reason for return
3. **Receive** return authorization and instructions
4. **Ship** items back (customers pay return shipping)
5. **Receive** refund within 5-10 business days after we receive the item

### Refund Method

- Refunds processed to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after receipt
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping paid by customer (unless defective/error)

### Damaged or Defective Items

**If you receive a damaged or defective product:**
- Contact us immediately with photos
- We'll send a replacement at no cost
- No need to return the damaged item

### Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
